Library lessons

Last spring, we conducted a patron satisfaction survey about the library and its resources.  We received a lot of helpful feedback, and we have already implement some changes based on survey responses.

Sometimes survey responses demonstrate something else, though – that people are not aware of what services we offer, or how to use them.

For that reason, I am going to start a series of posts that will be tagged “library lessons”.   I hope they’ll be helpful, and I welcome your feedback.  You can leave a comment under the post or email me directly at julie {dot} swierczek {at} salve {dot} edu.  [Please replace the information in curly brackets with the appropriate punctuation.]
